Linda Jane is a songwriter that poetically and passionately describes the day-to-day life of the world around her. Her songs have a simple way of depicting emotions while having this depth to them that create an entire world around you as you listen. Though cliche to say, she writes the soundtrack to our lives. Her songs are relatable, telling truths about the things we all go through in the day-to-day. In doing so, Linda creates a community of people who love sharing stories, laughing and crying together, a community of roots music lovers and creators. A community for songwriters, musicians and enjoyers alike. She connects to the world and people around you. 
 

Linda Jane writes songs to better understand the world around her. Songwriting is how she explains all the beautiful and hard things she’s lived and seen in this lifetime. She writes digestive songs. “ I write for that girl or boy in a small town in the middle of nowhere in a small know-your-neighbor town, who listens to their favorite songs on the way to school, wanting to grasp the world around them, learn about love, loss, take a breather! I want people to enjoy great music and fall in-love life!”
While at Berklee College of Music, Linda has been able to study under great mentors such as Mark Simos, Pat Pattison and Scarlett Keys, finding her home in the Songwriting and Roots Departments. In her final year, Linda has had the pleasure of writing with Jon Weisberger(a grammy award winning songwriter), and other talented writers at the school, as well as waiting for and with pop-based and roots-based artists at Berklee. Linda plans to move to Nashville in the Fall of 2025, to write her heart out and further pursue her dream of becoming a full-time songwriter. 
 

Linda Jane is a Songwriter who grew up with appreciation for music and love for nature. Spending most of her life in Boulder CO, she grew a deeper love for bluegrass and country music. Besides studying at Berklee College of Music and spending any spare moment in the mountains, she loves writing songs and playing instruments. Recently Linda learned that as her family is from the Czech Republic, there are deep roots of bluegrass and folk music parallel to that of the United States, and as she’s been exploring the music her father grew up listening to, she’s become inspired to sprinkle it into her own music. Not only is Linda’s world a wonderful space for writing endless tunes, she has a soft spot for fluffy animals and hopes to own a ranch in Montana where she plans to raise cattle, ride horses and play with her chickens.
